What you can expect

Upon enrollment, you will be assigned your own expert Advisor who will stay with you every step of the way. Our Advisers act like business partners to identify and implement compliant policies and make “best practice” recommendations specific to your needs. All clients receive an initial onsite visit where we complete a 65-question HR compliance assessment. Our assessment is the most comprehensive in the industry! By performing our assessment we are able to achieve a full understanding of how your business is performing from an HR and employment law perspective. Areas of focus include:

• Wage and hour laws

• Payroll practices including a record keeping and time and attendance analysis

• Overall hiring, onboarding and termination procedures

• Leave of absence management

• Employee performance management

Once we have completed the assessment, we will walk you through a detailed summary of findings and together we will develop your action plan. As part of your plan, we will provide dedicated onsite support and we will fully customize all the resources needed to strengthen your business. Some of the resources you may be given include:

• A fully customized and compliant employee handbook with all applicable requirements

• Job descriptions created to fit your business, with physical requirements

• Compliant employee files checklist and hands-on assistance

• Onboarding guide with a detailed new hire checklist

• Employee separation guide complete with a termination checklist
